good day!...just lately i encountered this problem. i don't know what to do. i was banned at channel cebu. i really don't know why. i read there, i was [censored]-listed. what does that mean? i'm confused, what have i done wrong? i'm just a chatter, i don't even used harsh words.i'm very upset. hope somebody could help me.thanks

There's nothing that we can do regarding channel bans. Those are set by the ops in the channel, and only they can remove them.
I can't say anything about the reason you were given, as (it appears) that the forum software has edited your post to show [censored]-listed, rather than the actual word that you (probably) used in your post.
You might be able to talk to an op in that channel by sending them a pm message (using /msg). Since you probably won't know who to send the message to, use /who #channel to obtain a list of nicks in the channel.

This will give you a list..the ops are the people in that list with @ in front of their nicks.
