Are you willing to start paying all of Khaled's bills? Rent/mortgage, hydro, gas, water, taxes, food, phone, internet, etc? If you are, then I'm quite sure there are a lot of people that would love to see mIRC become freeware, however, if not, then I can't see it ever happening. I also suggest that you read this topic

Maybe you call it electricity. No matter what the name, companies generate it, and supply it to us for a fee, which has to cover the cost of generating the electricity, workers wages, equipment, and a whole lot more. If you rent and the electricity is included in your rent, then part of your rent is used to pay the hydro/electricity bill (that your landlord gets)

I don't think he was doubting the logic that bills must be paid. I think it was the part where you referred to electricity by a prefix meaning water that raised an question mark or two.

As I said, he may know it by a different name. I know that when my bill comes in it says on the top Hydro-Electricity Bill, as opposed to my Water Bill. I'm so used to just calling it Hydro, I actually pulled up my last bill to see just exactly how they termed it.

Yeah, it's often called Hydro-Electric whenever your electricity is generated by water (a dam). Though it can be confusing to just call it Hydro for anyone not used to called it Hydro-Electric.

However it's termed or phrased, it's a bill that has to be paid.
