in mirc.ini i added this

[nicklist]
wchannel=right, 200

so when i join any channel the nicklist will be like that

but i cant seem to get the size to set the same for every channel

That's because it's default for every channel and you have to manually set it a size for each. When you join a channel that isn't in your mirc.ini under nicklist and you move the nicklist using click and drag, the position is set in the mirc.ini for that specific channel.
