Is there any way to upload a script so it will be online all the time so i dont have to run a seperate mIRC window to operate mt script or bot?

You'd have to get a BNC connection. I'm not familiar with them, personally, but I understand that PsyBNC is a fairly popular one.

because he was talking about a bot, a BNC won't do.
a BNC just works as a middle station to keep your nick online at the server side. your client will still go offline. so maybe your bots name will be online but there will be no bot behind it to react on anything.

if you want to have a bot which is always online you need to switch to unix/linux/bsd and run an eggdrop (or scripted irssi client in a screen)
or you need a windows machine which is on 24/7 with a decent internet connection.

I agree with Doqnach, however be warned as far as I know there are no shell services that allow running Mirc or windows based progs, but as they cost very little they are useful. Depending what scripts or bot types you want to use then I would certainly look into eggdrop or perl bots.
