well i made with help from other a few thing and i thank you all
that helped but now i was wonder if there is away 2 edit the icon
of Mirc 2 pic like some scripts do was wondering how i would
beable 2 do that

Are you referring to the icon that is displayed on your desktop, or the icon that shows down by the clock in the Windows task bar?

If the first, select the icon, right click on it, select Properties, Change Icon..., then select the icon you want to use (changing the filename to that of the file containing the icon if necessary)

If the second, select the following: mIRC Options - Display - Options - Tray - Select

thank you was able 2 edit desktop icon
is there a way 2 edit the mirc icon thats
in the main mirc folder or are you only able 2 edit
the desktop 1

you can't edit the main mirc titlebar icon.

You can change any icon that represents a shortcut to a program, irrelevant as to the location of the shortcut, using a similar method to that of changing the icon on the desktop. The main difference is that you'll have to locate where on your hard drive the shortcut is located, whereas your desktop is easily and quickly accessable.
