I am customer of Citibank Thailand Bangkok office.Citibank try to sent my bill payment late all the time and charge me more.And last week i sent application to apply new credit card.But they make my document lost.And they told me to sent new document.I don't know this is standard of Citigroup other fields or just in Citibank Thailand Bangkok office.

I sent my application to Citibank Thailand Bangkok office.I sent every document they need.But they told me that they make my statment lost and want me to sent it again.I don't know why employee of Citibank Thailand Bangkok office work like this.

Fox : I am Citibank Gold credit card in Thailand bangkok office.
Donkey : You had bad service?
Fox ; YES,They contact me last week for up-grade my credit card to Platinum.
Donkey : They need any document?
Fox : Yes,They told me to sent only 1 ID card.
Donkey : What going on?
Fox : They cancel my application today and told me that i not sent trade document.
Donkey : Oh jesus! Why they work like this?
Fox : Because this is Citigroup standard.

songkim - this has absolutely nothing to do with mirc other than it seems you may have talked to somebody somewhere in some chat interface and you're having a problem with a bank account. I recommend you talk to your bank instead of us

this is just a smear, obviously the posters emotional level is such that they need to vent their spleen about losing (ruining) their credit account through citi (could have been any lender really)

this is trolling and the best thing is to ignore the thread
