Um why is it everytime I run mIRC Spysweeper reports I've been infected with a trojan that utilizes mIRC, and it could allow a hacker unrestricted access of my computer???
WTF
I've just used spysweeper to remove the trojan.... *again*

Most likely the antivirus checks for certain characteristics in binaries, in this case it probably assumed when it scanned mIRC's binary file that it was a virus because it contained something that matches an infected file.

That or its been infected, which I suggest reinstalling mIRC if you wish to be certain.
