specifically, a complete listing of all commands, identifiers, etc. that mIRC uses.

ideally in a formatted, searchable and easy to print filetype (PDF for example)

How is the helpfile not complete? The only things it misses out are obsolete commands left in for compatability.

If by "complete" you mean including every IRC/network specific command, many networks have files on their websites for all their IRCd handles, and there are IRC FAQ's around and about.

The mIRC help file and mIRC FAQ pretty well cover mIRC related stuffs, and you can click on "Command List" to the left on your screen here, altho its not a complete list you may find it helpful

and also i think he means by complete as in untold identifiers and such

such as $(), $r(), etc..
i never knew about those since they weren't in the helpfile.

$() is in the helpfile under $(...).

$r is just $rand() but with a cryptic name which really serves no purpose other than to make the code harder to read - not worth the 3 characters saved IMO.

Most of the things which aren't documented are deprecated ($mp3) or don't work entirely as expected (I don't think on ADMIN works on all IRCds which have a level 'admin'), there are a few of course which probably should be documented (/setlayer springs to mind, $* too assuming it's not being phased out) but it really is only a tiny amount.

Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.
