That sounds suspiciously like a file sharing script, which is something that is not assisted with on this board.

It's up to you what you do with mIRC, your computer, or your time. It is not, however, mIRC's responsibility (as a chat program or a community) to inform you on how to persue such interests. There's always google anyways. If you are so compelled to get the program, try searching for it. I found it first try. Maybe it's all the cheating in life that's given you the inability to find the right words to express your inquery.

Sorry, that was way too vague a generalization, but bottom line: find your programs, music, whatever on your own. Don't get mad when others don't aid your complete disregard for rules/regulations.
