OP EnderOSC Bowl of petunias E Joined: May 2006 Posts: 2	I recently just moved and am connected to a university network for the summer during an internship. Whenever I try to connect to any server it says Connection Refused. I had to register my MAC address to logon to the network. I tried using a router to see if that made any difference and it hasn't. Can anyone help me get back onto IRC?
