i'm trying to connect with mIRC through a proxy (a portuguese proxy in this case) because i want to connect and receive files via DCC counting as national (portuguese) internet traffic. Only i cannot seem to connect despite the fact that the proxy works perfectly well with the browser.
How can i connect using the proxy?
