I think it would be good if windows would not steal focus unless there has been a certain amount of time since you last typed in the window. Maybe a second?

When I connect to a network and my nickname is in use it will put /nick in the editbox for my conveniance, but as I'm typing in my new nickname the channels I join on another network will steal the focus.

Enable the option "Minimize the channels on join" (for each channel) and that wont happen... Also that "adding /nick" thing is scripted (or an option I have disabled that I don't realize exists). If you change this to a dialog, it will always stay on top on the MDI windows.

The /nick thing isn't scripted. If I'm connecting and my nick is in use it adds "/nick " to the editbox so I can just type in my new nickname.

I guess I can use the minimize option for now but that's not really ideal.
