Forums mIRC Help cant able to connect to GigaIRC

I am not able to connect to GigaIRC and IRC super. I can connect to most of the all servers. I cant understand this. I tried to turn off the firewall but still cant connect. I am behind a router ..dont know if that is connecting a problem. But of that should be the case then i should not be able to connect to any server.

Ensure that port 113 is being forwarded through your router and that ident is active. I found that GigaIRC is now checking idents to try to eliminate spam bots. If you're not sure about how to do this, visit PortForward.com for assistance in configuring your router.

Aside from that, without the error/disconnect message(s), there's nothing more that I can suggest at this time.

I was able to connect to both of those networks without any problem.

i did what is showed on that website but still not working..anyways really appreciate your response...
