Forums Scripts & Popups Need Unreal help/tutorial

I know this is the mIRC forum, but I've just set up my own IRC server using Unreal, and I'm not sure how to do things in the config file. The server is up and running, but I have no powers on it. I've read through the help and example config file, but I can't get the vhost to work or to change my powers. I'm not sure what [email]ident@host[/email] to use, like the local 192.168 address on my network, or what you'd see if you whois'd me. Thanks for any help, and sorry for asking a non-mIRC question here.

Have you read the manual/documentation? Also, try using their forums.

Thanks for your help. I was totally new to setting this up, but I got it figured out. I used a wildcard instead of the local network IP for "Bind IP" and I think that's what fixed it. Thanks again.
