Forums Scripts & Popups IMAP in mirc for reading email?

I have found a lot of scripts that use POP3 for reading email, but I havent found any that use IMAP. Does anyone know if it is even possible to use IMAP for reading email in mirc?

Certainly it is possible. You would need to read RFC 2060 - Internet Message Access Protocol - Version 4rev1, RFC 2095 - IMAP/POP AUTHorize Extension for Simple Challenge/Response. For a more complete list of IMAP documentation available on the web, see IMAP Documents: RFCs and Drafts.
