There are a few people out there who are turning off everyone's downloads as soon as they come up on their computers. They show that they are sharing but as soon as someone's request comes up they are cancelling them. How rude when everyone else is gladly sharing with each other.
If you want better sharing with better sharers, might I suggest a file sharing protocol. IRC isn't one. mIRC's file sharing capabilities are limited, with good reason.
Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.
