I want to mass memo 200 people - with a 10 second interval between each memo (so that I don't upset the server). The nicks are on the same server - however not in the same #channel... How can one do that?

I want to create a .txt file with all the nicks in it (vertically) and the script must memo the nicks accourdingly...

I don't feel that it would be appropriate to help with that.

If you wish to send a memo to all the ops of a channel, MemoServ usually has an option to send a memo to channel staff. Try asking in the #Help channel on the network you use for the exact syntax.
