Forums mIRC Help more than one mIRC file

I am not very experienced with mIRC , but I am have a bot
running in mIRC, which I don't want to compromise or lose.

Is it possible to download a second mIRC file that I can use
to run another bot, so I that can experiment with various things?

Or will the second mIRC download over the first ?

no you can have infinate mircs open
though most servers only allow for 2 connections from the same IP.

Just install them to different folders

If you find that this is the case, go to the help channel, usually #help, and speak to an IRCop about extending your access. If you've been on the network for a while, and there haven't been any problems, most network ops/administrators will arrange for extended access. Please note that it could be anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of days for extended access to get approved & up.
