I was referring to the use of mIRC on the military network for communication. There was an article posted on here a few months ago regarding the use for unmanned aircraft or something like that.

I now believe mIRC stands for millitary Internet Relay Chat and on that note i think Khaled is hunting for osama leading a dozen squadron missions over the middle east. GO Khaled!
