mIRC should have decent server list management features.
If you want to keep your custom servers, right now you can only avoid downloading new server lists, or manually edit servers.ini.
Some nice things could be:
* Auto-update with /links.
* Add multiple servers to main list from another server list (useful for downloading fresh lists from networks' websites).
* Server priorities, perhaps with automatic adjustment (lower ping would increase rating, refused connection would lower...)
Also, the current server "editor" (the combobox + separate window for editing) is very limited. A better approach would be a listview that shows all the fields (address, description, ports...), and that includes some search/filtering options.
