Is ProNick some sort of NickServ? (Never heard of it). What network is this on? The only thing that's obvious is that the nick Kaz is registered, if it's yours you'll have to identify to it, if it's not yours you'll have to change your nick otherwise you'll either get disconnected, or turn into a guest. I'd read the MOTD (message of the day) on your network for further help.
