Forums mIRC Help UK Chatterbox chatrooms

I apologise in advance if this is the wrong place to ask this question!!

I've only had mIRC for about 3 days, and just getting into it. Certainly don't understand all the lingo, etc, like what a UBB Code is, however no matter.

When i go into UKCB via mIRC ican enter all the chatrooms (channels?), but can't, like i could through the website, go to the forum posts, edit my profile, etc. which used to be all listed on the left side of my screen.

I know other mIRC users can, but none that i know on there at the mo.

If u have any help/advice, i'd be grateful.

That is because mIRC is an IRC client, not a web browser. The features that you are describing are web based. mIRC is allowing you to use the IRC part of the service that UKCB is offering. To gain access to the other parts of the service, use your chosen web browser.

Leave UKCB behind too. From what I gather, it is just a pickup joint. ;o)

I love UKCB, been there for a few months now, no picking up involved!

We chat about lots of things, and thoroughly enjoy it.
