OP biggem001 Babel fish B Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 87	a weird thing is happening, just started, my dcc send's went from (regularly) about 40-50KBps (cable roadrunner in cali), now their down to 8KBps cap, goes to 4 for 2 sends, and so on. wats wrong with this? Current DCC Options Fast Sends - on Fill Spaces - on Packet Size - 4096 i talked to my isp, they say no ports r capped or blocked on my connection is it a computer or mIRC issue?
