Would it be possible to have a password on the scripts editor/options such that only I would be able to access it? (And yes, this is regardless of the fact that some people can look into the text files themselves in the hard drive)

Not that I can think of. Something like that would, I believe, have to be coded right into the mIRC program.

Yea, Lock, under Options. Everytime you open your mIRC, you type in your password. However, everytime you maximize mIRC after minimizing it while holding the Ctrl button, you also get to type in your password.

One thing I don't understand. mIRC is not in the purpose to hide the code. If you don't want others read your codes, don't release it ! Or change your programmation tool

I think he just doesn't want someone changing stuff on him when he's not there. He knows that can be done from opening the files manually, but he just wants to prevent it in mIRC itself.

Make the script files read only, and make sure the other user cannot change permissions on those files. This way he can change those scripts all he wants, but the moment he closes the editor those changes will be gone.
