Hi

I was wondering if this was possible. I found a hack on the vbulletin forum to show the users in a specific mIRC channel, and similarly the users on a Teamspeak channel.

You can see an example here (scroll to the bottom), and the authors post here.

Is this possible? Would anyone be kind enough to make a code for me if so? It would be very cool. I'd like to put the info in the same place as the example given above, below the info center.

Thanks very much smile

I think they've done it by siply opening a socket towards a IRC server with PHP or whatnot. It's quite easy smile

A newbie moderator?! HELP!!!! laugh

Like mentioned, you need to use sockets in mIRC to upload the information. The easy way, if there is some kind of template file (like there is in phpBB forums), is to edit the line you want with the data in mIRC, then upload that file to the site. Then, you're just uploading that template file each time you update the site. Quick and easy. In phpBB, you'd just be uploading overall_footer.tpl. In vBulletin, you'd have to figure it out. If you don't have template files, then it's going to be a larger upload.
