hey, just wondering, and it would be nice, if there was a way to watch for keydown's and keyup's in dialogs.....editboxed in particular..... and if there isnt, then possibly in the next version of mIRC, as there is support for @windows, but i find it would be even more usefull in dialogs...

There is always the on *:DIALOG:dname:edit: event when the text in the editbox (or combo) changes.

yes i know that, but thats not what i was asking, lol, FOR EXAMPLE: i have a dialog, which contains an edit box, that frequently recieves input. I WANT to be able to press the UP key, and the last line i inputed into that edit box would appear. now that is something I have to sort out, but i need dialogs to support keyup/keydown, which is the reason for this post, wich has nothing to do with on ......edit: wink
so perhaps there is a current way of doing it, or the key up/down function can be supported on dialogs/items on the next, or future version of mirc...
