Are you in the water if you are in a (working) submarine that is under the water ?

Are you really under the water if you're inside a submarine which has water on all sides (including below it)? You're more 'in' it then 'under' it.

Problem with that is most people wheather they want to accept it or not, follow a relegion becuase there affraid of what is going to happen to them if they dont, either by threat of eternal damnation (aka marriage), or by threat of retalation for lack of faith (aka knocking her up and not marrying her). Once you release there is no hope and your damned if you do and damned if you dont, life becomes alot easier, its like , oh well what are they gonna do to me?

Oh yes, and millions followed hitler, I doubt many would say he was right, so head counts dont mean much, a single deed say more than a chour of voices.

Perhaps Khaled should also run for the papacy? Uniting half the world in meaningful (and quite often meaningless) chat must count as a miracle!

Cheers,

DK

One might well consider enabling people from all over the world to have a cheap and good quality client for irc chatting, has enabled more people to experences other people (if only in text talk) from other countries, and with luck produced a world where people might be just that little more hesitent to start yelling that its some other countries/peoples fault, when they happen to know a few of those people online.

Mybe Khaled has done something saintly?

(then again the operating platform it runs on was created by the devil himself!)

This wasn't by chance for MY benefit (as my thoughts about WinTendo are obvious) was it? grin

well, hitler had a few ideas about punishments that weren't all bad, he just went totaly the obsessively extreme with'em.

think about it..
if hilter didn't go nuts and try to erradicate a race and take over the world would he really have been a bad man?

with his technics on punishment and tourtures as detorents the world just might a better place..??

yes/no??

and who knows the pope might have shaken his hand one day for it as well...
