there was a simple mirc command to convert from secs to hh:nn:ss format and I can't remember what it was ...
can anyone help me ... i know how to do it without this command but ... as i have one it's recommended to be used

$duration(SECS,3)

$duration(<seconds>,3)

The must be a shortened way but this is quite simple.

$gettok($gmt(180),4,32) returns 00:03:00.
