in the manual i can see this:
/socklisten [-d] [bindip] <name> [port]

well i tryed to use the -d flag but i can't. I was interested to see what is the advantage of this.

Also i was interested in using it with udp for multicast sockets, is this possible?

thanks confused

The -d bindip is used when you have multiple IPs (like when you have multiple network cards active) and want to bind a socket to listen to a specific one.
