Hi,

I need a web-based IRC chat client for Windows. I want to put it on my web-page. Unfortunately I have never done this before, so I need something easy to use and install.

You're probably looking for PJIRC, which is a Java applet. If you don't like Java but can run a CGI script from your website, then you could also use CGI:IRC.

yes, cgi irc is good, but its not for windows.
i need a plug in to import into a web-page.

You can run CGI-IRC in Windows. You would need something like Apache, and mod_perl. They work just as well in windows as they do in UNIX like operating systems,
