Is there a possibility to have like two columns where my channels, querys, dccs are ?

I have my resolution on 22" 1600x1200, but im on so many networks, channels, querys open that i just keep losing the querys,channels (disapring down the scree ), and i was wondering, because i dont want to close them if theres a possibility to somehow have a two column for this, when the first reaches bottom, the new column besides this one appers having the windows/querys that do not fit on the first one ?

If your switchbar is vertical you can't make another column, but on mIRC v6.16 you can scroll up and down the button list.

If your switchbar is horizontal, you may increase the number of lines under Alt+O > Display.

its horizontal and i increased that to 2 but still no second column ?

One more question can i change the side of the nick window from right to left ?

Not sure what you mean. What's a nick window and what exactly are you trying to move?

The window where all users are, when i join a chan it`s by default on the right, i want it on left, get it?

The window i click on users and i can query,dcc ..... get it

Ah yes, it's called the nicklist. To change its position, right-click the channel's switchbar button and in the menu select "Nick List..."

Found it but how can i change the default setting so i dont have to do this for every channel ?

In the dialog, check "Set as default for all channels" before clicking OK.
