As I read the versions.txt, it is possible to change the association of a custom window using /window -i @test. I do not seem to be able to accomplish that goal.

My script is using a /scid 2 followed by a /window -i @test, but the window continues to be associated with connection 1, actually with the connection that was active when it opened.

What am I missing?

You need to use the -i switch when you open the window, then it will be associated with whichever connection is active.
