if the search term is in the url, the forum tries to make it italic, even tho it completely destroys the url.

Indeed, the url in that thread ended up being:

The link works, but if you scroll down in that thread and read the post by "gemeau50" there's a url that won't work, because the search feature bolds and italicizes words you searched for the url he posted won't work because it contains <b><i></i></b>
