whats causes the software aborted connection error
i chat on a ircx server
i have a remote on *:join:#:{ /access # add owner $address($me,0) }
i periodically experience the software cause connection abort error and once i reconnect i set open access
that is access for whatever level the above remote is set for owner or host or maybe it is for whatever i am
that is access # add owner/host *
can anyone shed light on what is going on
i have subjected my system to 6 dif virus scans so if it is a virus it must be well hidden
if you dont know what exactly is causing this i would appreciate it if you could at least refer me to a place where i can find out what can cause the software caused connection abort

There are dozens of possibilities. It does help to use the Search feature and to browse through the forum sticky threads before posting - this sticky has a lot of information about this error, and a lot of suggestions as to how to fix it.
