I have a client who's planning to setup a dutch support site for MIRC. He also got plans to set up a download location for the latest version for MIRC. Is this legal?

I can't find anything (or i misread) at this site about MIRC's policy about this kind of issues.

Regards.

You can transfer the original mIRC installation package in its entirety since it is writtern under a shareware policy.

You won't like it when I get angry.
