Everytime I try to connect to mIRC, it gives the following message: Unable to connect to server (Connection refused). Here are my connection specifics: Default port 6660, no firewall support, all irc network servers, rizon: random server. I am at a university campus, if that makes a difference, although several of my friends seem to be able to connect and use mIRC at the same university. Please help!!
