What do you mean? There is no process to undergo to change a script's name, there is no official naming ceremony etc. so could you elaborate on your question? smile

If it says "Something by _____" then how is it you who created the script? Did you actually write the code that made the script? Are you getting confused between creating the script and downloading it?

If you downloaded a script from a website, then whilst it's possible to remove the credits, we couldn't really tell you how to do it, because we don't know about all the different scripts. Secondly, it's not very good to remove the credits for someone elses work.

If you did create the script, then surely you would know how to remove it?

easiest way is to SEARCH in all remotes and aliases for word "v2.5" and you will find some results that will lead you to your "version number" and then itz easy to change it...

In that case you need to go through your Remote files and, as Wragg says, look for instances of v2.5 being displayed and change it to what you want.

Maybe I'm mad, but I would still say someone who created a script would know how to change the lines they originally wrote. * Mentality shrugs.
