on *:text:123:#:{ msg # $nick nice boy! }

if someone will write in the channel 123 and his nick in english
the command will work

but if his nick in Hebrew like : ילד
then the command won't work...

the same with

on *:text:*:#:if ($1- == 123) { msg # $nick nice boy }

this commands need to work with all the languages...

how can i fix it...?
or it's bug?

You can't have & or # in your nickname...

When ever you write in this board in languages which are not english, then the text is being converted to the unicode, but when showing the text back into the thread, it shows like &#number

RamiBot, I'll try to find a solution, and I hope to get back to you soon. You might consider reporting it as a bug.

mIRC doesn't even seem to support nicks in other languages.

If you try to use /nick nickname where the nickname is in hebrew, you will get an error:
Erroneous Nickname

Quite correct. Some servers have decided to break free from the standard, though. If you check out irc.unilang.org, running on a modified Russian IRC server, for instance, you'll find that it supports Unicode nicks in UTF-8, with the usual restrictions on control chars etc.

It can be used via its webchat on www.unilang.org .
