I suggest also deleting nnscript and getting a fresh copy of mirc and nnscript from it's homepage... I've used nnscript and never had any problems with it...
Definitely DO NOT load any scripts that someone messages you to either copy and paste or to click.
I don't think you have a virus... do a complete scan of your system anyway just for your peace of mind.
