We are here mainly to help with mIRC, the IRC client, not individual IRC networks. Luckily, there are people that take the time out to do the simple research for you to find you answers, but just for future reference remember that we cannot help you with many IRC network specific queries (such as Klines or problems with IRCops etc).
It's always a good idea to ask in the #Help channel of a network, by using /join #Help (or any other official help channel you know of) or, as ParaBrat did, check out the network's website and see if you can find any documentation.
We do like helping though, so if you've taken all necessary steps to help yourself, never hesitate to ask a question
