No there isn't (correct me if I'm wrong!)
This has been posted (quite?) a few time in the past, but I think that would have all been on the old system before the fire, as I couldn't find anything relating to this on searching... (searching for "Close AND Status AND Window")
Hopefully one day, one of the updates in mIRC may have this feture
