I think I've reported this bug before, I'm not sure if it's on Khaled's todo list but here it is again:
If you change the location of a DCC Get Folder via Options > DCC > Folders, it is not updated in the menu that appears when you right click on the "Received Files" icon in the toolbar. mIRC must be restarted for the change to take effect.
