Actually you did. mIRC doesn't install itself - it is not a trojan or virus or something.
you mean that the original mirc by khaled isnt a trojan/virus.
but whats stopping people hacking the exe?
if someone adds a virus to the exe, then yes it is a virus.
also, someone could make a trojan to download and install mirc.
