Forums mIRC Help change colour of switchbar please?

Apologies if this has been covered before but i was unable to find a thread.

Mirc has varying options to changes colours of just about every single area including the treebar which is very easy to access.. What i am looking for and not sure if possible is to change the main switchbar colour please.

Also looking for option to change the channel tab colour in the switchbar

Currently using mirc versions 7.55 for bot and 7.57 for main mirc.
