You are klined, not allowed on there, because they arent getting an identd response from you. Check in file/options/connect/identd and be sure you have identd enabled. Make sure that user ID line there says the same thing you have before the @ in connect/ email addy. Check your network and be sure you have forwarded port 113 (see
