I've never heard of a server that logs or a service where logs are available. Your best bet is to talk to people in the channel and see if anyone has logs to share. Though the average person that logs isn't on 24/7/365 since a channel formed.
I can say I've only had a 95.9% uptime since 2011 (I made a script to track that).
