your best option would be to write a script that does that for you.
I think there might be an issue with that.
Doing
/titlebar @wid Test. causes the titlebar in the channel to change, but the moment someone says something or joins or whatever, it reverts back to the topic.
Is that/should that be normal procedure?; or should it wait until raw 331/332 gets sent by the server?
