I think that being able to specify a position to move a script to in the order list would make it much easier to reorder the scripts.
For example, it takes a long time to move a script from the bottom of the order list to the top, or if you wanted to reorder multiple scripts which were out of order, you can't just enter 1 or 2 as a position, you have to go through all of the ones in between.
I would propose a style like this:
It also makes use of the previously empty space in that panel, which doesn't look very good.
