The BANNERs send with "/ame - /me" or "/amsg - /msg" There are 2 differents events.

The first event "/amsg or /msg" are ACTIONs event.

the second, "/ame or /me" are TEXTs event.

Imagine that BANNER is a MP3 SOUND.
