I'm sorry to say that I don't think this is possible. The inbuilt mp3 player (I think you mean /splay) requires the sound files to actually be on your computer, rather than being broadcast (which is what shoutcast does).
There are shoutcast scripts out there, but you'll have to do some searching to find one that you like.
